If you order more than four items I can give you a bit of postage discount. I will update upon receiving your orders.

We aim to post the same working day if payment is cleared before 12pm. Payment cleared after 12pm will be posted the next working day. However delivery transit time is subject to Pos Laju. Please be aware that delays by Pos Laju can occur around public holiday and is beyond our control.

For electronic products we do not offer warranty but most are covered via their own international warranty which is usually between 1-2 years depending on the product. However to be fair to our customers we will exchange or refund item within 7 days of purchase should you find any manufacturer's fault of damages but NOT damages caused by negligence that are not covered in the product warranty (please go through your instruction and warranty booklet and try out your product as soon as you purchase). We can also provide receipt should you need to take the item that are covered internationally to their service centre in Malaysia ie. Medela. Please email me for warranty details of each item as they may all differ.
